Card blocks are used to provide end users with options to choose from.

To create a card block click on ‘+’ and create a human message that will trigger the bot into producing a card block.

Once the human message has been set select ‘add block’ in the newly generated block following your trigger message. Select ‘card’ under bot blocks.

Name your card and add a message to send along with the card. Next, add buttons for the user to select.

Each button will require a reply dialogue to be entered to complete the conversation flow.
