# Setting a Welcome Message

Agents can set a welcome message by selecting the ‘settings’ button on the right-hand side of the ChatCenter screen. Select which bot and team the welcome message is being set for.

Once on the team settings page, select the ‘welcome message’ tab. Make sure the welcome message is enabled. Next, enter your welcome message and click ‘save’.
