Set a greeting for your bot by clicking the ‘+’ button on your bot followed by selecting ‘greeting block’.
Once the greeting block has been created it will require a reply and will automatically create a new block for the reply. Click on the ‘add block’ button to enter the reply. The reply will be what the bot’s response will be whenever a user engages the bot with a greeting.
Conversation flows can be tested in the testchat on the right side of the screen.
If a red triangle with an exclamation mark appears, that means the conversation flow is incomplete and the block needs dialogue to be entered to complete the flow.
