Frequently Asked Question (FAQ) Blocks

To manually enter FAQs for your bot to answer add a new block by clicking on the ‘+’ button, followed by selecting FAQ.

Select the yellow ‘add new’ button to begin entering your list of FAQs.

Enter a FAQ providing as many variations of the question as possible to avoid the bot becoming confused. Once the question has been entered in as many variations as possible, add the response to the question.

Once all FAQs and answers have been entered click ‘save’.
